Our Phone Number Search service is $29.95 + GST and payment is required upfront.

HOW OUR PHONE NUMBER SEARCH WORKS
Our Phone Number Search is a Data Service conducted manually by a Licensed Private Investigator using databases and Infrastructure unavailable to the public.

To find the phone number for the person you are looking, we extract data from multiple sources and cross reference that information with other data.

We will not provide you with any other details of the person than their phone numbers listed. If you need to find an address for someone, we recommend you request a Skip Trace instead of a phone number search.

TURN AROUND TIME OF RESULTS
You will receive your results in a PDF Report Format within 1 Business Day of your search request being submitted.

REVERSE PHONE NUMBER SEARCHING
If you provide us with a phone number, we can search our databases to see if there are any associated records with this number. We will only provide you with the name of the person or organisation.

Please be aware that there may not be any results available. New phone numbers are issued in the thousands each week and telecommunications companies do not provide registered customer details to any other organisations in accordance with the Telecommunications Act 1997 and The Privacy Act 1988.

REASON FOR PHONE NUMBER SEARCH

You must provide us with the reason you require the phone number search. As Licensed Investigators, we are legally required to act within the bounds of the QLD Security Providers Act 1997 and will not condone or support any sort of illegal or malicious or dangerous behaviour including Domestic Violence.

DISCONNECTED PHONE NUMBERS
Our Phone Number Search service is a Data Service. We do not test the phone numbers that are found or call your Subject to confirm it is their correct phone number.

UNSUCCESSFUL RESULTS
If we have been unable to find any new information than what you have provided us, we will inform you of this.

We can only search the information that is available to us, which is purchased from multiple reputable and high-quality sources.

We do not offer refunds if we have not been able to identify a current contact number for your Subject.
