So, what happens now?
Acknowledgement of your request
The form you have submitted will be sent to us straight away, and we'll send you an email to acknowledge that we've seen it, usually within an hour or so during business hours.
(Yes, we are real humans checking emails and responding manually!)
Commencement of work on your matter
We will let you know when we will commence work on your matter, which will usually be the same or next business day depending on our current workload and the time you submit your request.
Updates on your matter
We will provide you with updates on your matter accordingly, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions; however; if you need an urgent update you are welcome to email us at admin@skiptracingaustralia.com or give us a call on 1300 983 324.
Finalising your matter
- If we have located your Subject, you will receive a finalised report from us outlining the details of our investigation and the address of your Subject.
- If we have not been able to locate your Subject, we will contact you via phone to discuss the matter prior to closing. You will receive a finalised report outlining the details of our investigation
Invoice and Payment
You will receive your invoice via Email directly from Xero upon completion of your matter, and have 7 days to pay. Please let us know if you need additional time to pay.
